We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SALES CONTROL AREA to oversee and drive sales performance across designated areas. This role is responsible for ensuring target achievements in sales, market share, and profitability, while maintaining compliance with both company and principal standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitor and control area performance in terms of sales, market share, and profit growth.
• Coordinate and manage consolidated sales reports and performance analysis.
• Lead the implementation of strategic sales initiatives to achieve targets.
• Supervise and support sales teams in assigned areas to ensure consistent execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and principal guidelines.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the automotive, retail, or wholesale industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards) and PowerPoint (presentations).
4. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
5. High level of discipline, integrity, and initiative.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
8. Willing to travel and supervise teams across different areas as needed.
